Join us for a rejuvenating three-day, two-night gathering just a short drive from Ottawa. This immersive experience features a variety of workshops and classes designed to inspire and educate. 3:00 PM Check in and enjoy the property including private beach, gardens and hiking trails.

4:30 PM Opening Class led by Jenn Stow

5:30 PM Sunset SUP Yoga and sound bath + sauna

7:00 PM Dinner featuring locally sourced seasonal food.

8:00 PM Bonfire with live guitar


SATURDAY

6:30 AM Forest walk and meditation

8:00 AM Breathwork with Dawne Tanner

9:30 AM Breakfast

10:30 AM Flow Yoga with live music by Mark Leo

12:00 PM Lunch

2:00 PM Ritual

4:00 PM SUP Yoga with Karine and Sauna

6:00 PM Dinner

7:30 PM Live DJ - Bonfire

6:00 AM Sunrise yoga and meditation

8:00 AM Breakfast

10:00 AM Power Flow

Camping $399 + tax (5 available)

All fees include $50 booking fee.

Day Retreat (Saturday Only)

$225.00 (three meals included)
